Optometrist Position - Al-Kuwait

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Optometrist to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive eye care services, including prescribing and dispensing corrective lenses, diagnosing and treating eye diseases, and providing specialized vision therapy services. This position comes with a salary of 1000. We are open to hiring a foreigner with no experience in the field.

The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Optometry or related field
• Ability to obtain an Al-Kuwait license to practice Optometry
• Knowledge of current trends and developments in optometry
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to think quickly and make precise decisions under pressure
• A strong commitment to providing excellent patient care
• Aptitude for working with computers and electronic medical records systems
• Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently with accuracy and efficiency

The successful candidate will perform comprehensive eye examinations; diagnose and treat diseases of the eye; prescribe eyeglasses or contact lenses; assess vision function; provide pre-and post-operative care; administer vision therapy treatments; consult with patients about their visual needs; educate patients about proper eyewear maintenance; maintain accurate patient records; keep abreast of new developments in ophthalmology/optometry technology.
