Position Summary
We are looking for a compassionate Caregiver to join our team in Sharjah and provide quality care to elderly and disabled individuals. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with daily activities, providing companionship, helping with medical needs, and ensuring our clients’ comfort and safety. You must be empathetic and patient in order to deliver the best care possible. The ideal candidate should have a caring nature, enjoy working with people of all ages, and have excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities
• Provide person-centered care that meets the physical, emotional, social and spiritual needs of our clients
• Assist clients with day-to-day activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, toileting and light housekeeping
• Monitor vital signs such as pulse rate, temperature and respiration rate
• Prepare meals according to dietary requirements
• Administer prescribed medications or treatments
• Communicate sensitively with the client’s family members
• Assist clients in moving around their living space or outdoors using wheelchairs or other walking aids
• Offer emotional support to clients who are distressed or anxious
• Keep detailed records of client’s condition and progress

Qualifications & Skills
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification; additional certification in nursing/caregiving is preferred
• Minimum 1 year of experience in providing caregiving services • Knowledge of health safety regulations • Ability to handle lifting patients safely • Ability to remain calm in stressful situations • Excellent communication skills • A caring nature

Salary & Benefits
This is a full-time position offering a salary of 1800 per month. We are also willing to consider foreign candidates for this role. Benefits include paid sick leave as well as other benefits associated with being part of our team.
