Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable CNC Operator to join our team in Sharjah. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a variety of machines to produce parts and components to precise specifications. The ideal candidate should have experience with CNC milling and lathes, as well as a strong understanding of machine shop mathematics.

The CNC Operator will be required to read blueprints and engineering drawings, set up machines, program and adjust machine settings, operate machines, inspect parts for accuracy and quality, adjust programs as needed, document production data, and perform routine maintenance on machines. The successful candidate must also possess excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well with others in a team-oriented environment.

Requirements:
• Proven experience working with CNC milling and lathes machines
• Ability to read blueprints, engineering drawings, and other technical documents
• Strong understanding of machine shop mathematics
• Ability to problem solve quickly and accurately
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to work well in a team environment
