Job Description: Sommelier, 1600 AED/Month

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Sommelier to join our team in Dubai. This position will provide excellent customer service to patrons and a valuable contribution to our restaurant's wine selection. The successful candidate should be knowledgeable in international wines and have a keen eye for detail.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as Sommelier or similar
• In-depth knowledge of wines, spirits, and other beverages
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Knowledge of wine pairing with food dishes
• Availability to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Knowledge of international wines is preferred but not required

Job Duties:
The Sommelier's main responsibility is to provide quality service to guests by recommending food and beverage pairings according to their preferences. You will be required to taste all new wines introduced into the restaurant's selection in order to ensure its quality as well as maintain a comprehensive knowledge of all the wines offered at the restaurant. Additionally, you will need to develop relationships with suppliers in order to stay up-to-date on trends and new products available. As part of your responsibilities you may also be required to attend staff meetings or participate in promotional events related to wine.
