Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. We offer competitive salary of 1700 AED per month and are willing to consider immigrants for this position.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Barista
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent customer service skills
• Knowledge of coffee-making methods and styles
• Ability to use coffee making equipment
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods of time
• Reliable and honest work ethic
• High school diploma; degree/certification in hospitality is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Greet customers courteously and take orders accurately
• Prepare hot drinks such as espresso, cappuccino, latte, etc. according to company recipes
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area by wiping down surfaces, cleaning the espresso machine daily, restocking supplies, etc.
• Ensure all items are properly labeled and stored in designated areas
• Explain menu items and beverage choices to customers
