We are looking for a Barista to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have an outgoing, professional and personable demeanor, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

We require the Barista to have at least 1 year of experience in preparing speciality coffee drinks and working with coffee machines. A good knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods and flavour profiles is an advantage. They must also have excellent customer service skills as they will be interacting with customers daily.

In return, we offer a competitive salary of 1400 per month and a generous benefits package including medical insurance, transport allowance and 30 days annual leave. We are also ready to consider candidates from abroad who can demonstrate the necessary skills for the role.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing customers with excellent service by taking orders, preparing drinks according to recipes, providing customer recommendations and upselling items on the menu. They must be able to maintain cleanliness standards throughout the café while keeping up with customer demand during busy hours. Furthermore, they will be responsible for creating latte art designs on top of specialty drinks upon request.
