Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Reef Al Fujairah City. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for providing creative and innovative menus, while managing the kitchen staff to ensure the highest standards of food preparation and presentation. You will be expected to lead by example and maintain a positive attitude.

Requirements for Candidate:
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience as an Executive Chef in a high-end restaurant setting
• Ability to manage a team of chefs, cooks and other kitchen staff
• Excellent knowledge of ingredients, cooking techniques and garnishing
• Proven ability to develop innovative recipes
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written in English
• Flexibility with regard to working hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays. We are also ready to consider a foreigner with no experience.
