Job Title: Office Assistant (Biometric Passport Holders, Indians Only)

We are seeking an experienced office assistant for our Sharjah, UAE office. The ideal candidate should possess a biometric passport and should be an Indian national. English language proficiency is not required.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the staff at the office including but not limited to answering telephones, filing paperwork, organizing calendars and scheduling meetings. He/she will also be responsible for organizing mailings and shipments as well as keeping records of all incoming and outgoing documents.

The successful candidate should have excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail. He/she should also have excellent customer service skills as they will be interacting with clients on a regular basis. Good computer skills are a must for this position, as is the ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
