Chef position: Abu-Dhabi

We are seeking an experienced Chef to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The salary for this role is 1500. We are open to considering applicants from abroad. No prior experience is required for this role.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and preparing delicious meals from a wide variety of ingredients, as well as managing the kitchen and ensuring high standards of food safety and hygiene. They will need to have a passion for cooking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare high-quality dishes in accordance with established recipes
- Manage all aspects of kitchen operations, including ordering, inventory, and staff management
- Develop new recipes to keep menu items fresh and interesting
- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met at all times
- Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff members
- Monitor portion control, quality assurance, and cost control procedures

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Chef or Cook in a professional environment
- Good knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and work well under pressure
- Excellent culinary skills with a passion for creating new dishes
- Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced environment
