We are currently looking for a talented and motivated Office Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate or an immigrant to learn the ropes of office management while earning a salary of 1400.

As Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the office including maintaining administrative systems, organizing meetings and events, handling incoming calls/emails/visitors, coordinating travel arrangements, providing general administrative support and ensuring all office supplies are well stocked. You will also be responsible for handling payrolls and invoices as well as managing all records related to financial transactions.
To be successful in this role, you should have a knack for problem solving with excellent organizational skills. You should be detail-oriented with strong interpersonal skills as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Previous experience with office management tasks is preferred but not essential as we are willing to train the right candidate on the job. A good working knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite is also preferred but not essential if you possess the capacity to quickly learn new technologies.
