We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Supervisor to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day operations of our organization and ensure that work is completed efficiently and to the highest standards. The successful candidate will report directly to the manager.

The Supervisor is responsible for managing a team of employees, ensuring that duties are performed in a timely and efficient manner. They must also be able to develop strategies to increase productivity, resolve conflicts, manage employee work schedules, and provide leadership and guidance when needed. Additionally, they must be able to assess employee performance and conduct regular evaluations.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as strong problem solving skills. They should also have excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task effectively. Previous experience in a supervisory role is preferred but not required; we are also open to candidates with no prior experience who demonstrate leadership potential.
