Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our HR department and ensuring the effective execution of HR policies and procedures. Key responsibilities include recruiting, developing and maintaining a high-performance workforce, managing employee relations, advising on organizational changes, administering benefits programs, and creating a positive work environment.

Requirements for Candidate:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proven success in leading an HR department.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of current employment laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and diplomacy.
• Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Arabic is beneficial but not mandatory.
