We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi with a salary of 1100. We are open to consider foreign candidates with the necessary qualifications and experience. The successful candidate will be leading a team of restaurant staff and will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining high standards of service.

The ideal candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills, leadership abilities, and outstanding customer service skills. The candidate must demonstrate a track record of success in managing restaurants.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Establishing working procedures for staff in order to ensure high standards of customer service;
- Overseeing the daily operation of the restaurant;
- Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations;
- Coordinating staff schedules;
- Hiring, training, supervising, coaching and disciplining restaurant staff;
- Monitoring staffing levels against customer demand;
- Dealing with customers' complaints in a professional manner;
- Assisting in the developmentof menus and promotional activities.

The successful candidate must have: - A minimum of 5 years' experience in restaurant management; - Previous experience working within an international environment is preferred; - Degree or equivalent qualification in hospitality/catering management or related field is preferred; - Excellent problem solving skills with the ability to think quickly under pressure; - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
