Security Manager | Abu Dhabi, UAE | 1600 AED per month

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Security Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in security management and be well-versed in best practices. This full-time position comes with a salary of 1600 AED per month and we are open to considering applicants who are immigrants.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing overall security oversight for the organization and its staff. This involves ensuring that our premises, personnel, and property remain safe from threats of any kind. Additionally, the Security Manager will create and implement policies and procedures to ensure that all security protocols are followed at all times.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent leadership abilities and have experience managing personnel within a security department. They should have a sound knowledge of applicable laws and regulations as well as an understanding of current security threats. Additionally, the successful candidate should possess excellent communication skills in order to coordinate with external stakeholders such as local enforcement agencies when necessary.

To be considered for this role, applicants must demonstrate:

• 5+ years' experience working in security management or related areas

• Proven track record of creating effective security policies

• In-depth knowledge of relevant laws & regulations

• Ability to manage personnel within a security department

• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently without direct supervision
