Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000. We are open to considering foreign applicants. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the company, developing strategies and setting goals, and overseeing staff and resources. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Developing, implementing and monitoring policies and procedures
• Monitoring budgets and expenditure
• Overseeing staff recruitment, training and development
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
• Establishing good relationships with customers, suppliers and other professionals
• Monitoring performance of staff and providing feedback
• Providing guidance for junior staff members
• Representing the company in various events.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a managerial role, excellent communication skills, strong organizational skills, problem solving abilities, leadership qualities, knowledge of relevant legislation, good IT skills, the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
