Job Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Bank Teller or related position
• Knowledge of basic banking procedures
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask

Job Responsibilities:
• Greet customers when they arrive at the bank branch
• Ensure that customers receive efficient service by processing transactions accurately and quickly
• Verify customer information and authenticate customers before processing transactions
• Resolve customer queries regarding their accounts or banking services
• Receive deposits, cashing checks, loan payments etc.
• Balance cash drawer regularly during shift
• Maintain updated records of all transactions
