Job Summary
We are looking for a Housekeeping Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the hotel's housekeeping standards are met, and that all guest rooms, public areas, and back of house areas are kept neat and clean. The individual will be expected to develop and implement housekeeping policies, procedures, and standards. The Housekeeping Manager will also be responsible for supervising staff, monitoring inventory levels, and overseeing the maintenance of all facilities. This position offers a salary of 1300 per month and we are ready to consider foreign applicants with minimal work experience.

Requirements for the Candidate
The ideal candidate should demonstrate excellent communication skills, leadership abilities, and organizational skills. They should have a good understanding of hotel operations and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while staying focused on customer service. Previous experience in a housekeeping role is highly desirable but not essential. The successful candidate must also be able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality at all times.
