Job Title: Supervisor

We are looking for a reliable and organized Supervisor to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to effectively manage a team of employees.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Supervise the daily operations of the assigned unit/department;
• Monitor employee work performance, provide feedback, and ensure proper job execution;
• Implement policies and procedures to ensure safety standards are met;
• Investigate customer complaints or issues and take corrective action;
• Develop an efficient workflow system to ensure maximum productivity;
• Train new employees on job duties and safety protocols;
• Manage payroll, schedule shifts, approve leave requests, and resolve conflicts between employees.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Assist in developing annual operating budgets.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field;
• At least 3 years of previous experience in a supervisory role;
• Excellent organizational, communication, problem-solving skills;
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure; • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
