Hotel Manager job in Al-Kuwait
We are looking for a Hotel Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The Hotel Manager will be responsible for the overall management of the hotel, including planning, budgeting, staffing, and operations. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000 KD/month. We are willing to consider foreign applicants with minimal work experience.
The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and managerial skills and be able to oversee all aspects of the hotel's operations. He/she should have a good understanding of hospitality industry trends and be able to prioritize tasks effectively. The successful applicant must be an excellent communicator and possess good problem-solving skills as well as customer service experience.
The main duties of the Hotel Manager include but are not limited to:
• Overseeing all aspects of the hotel's day-to-day operations • Managing staff including hiring, training, and coordinating schedules • Creating budgets and plans, ensuring that financial targets are met • Handling customer complaints and inquiries in a timely manner • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations • Developing marketing strategies for increasing occupancy rates • Maintaining inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed
• Developing customer loyalty programs
• Analyzing financial data to identify areas of opportunity or improvement
• Establishing partnerships with local businesses or organizations
• Working closely with other departments such as housekeeping or engineering
• Staying up-to-date on industry trends in order to provide the best services possible
• Other duties as assigned by the management team.
