Job Title: Florist
Location: Al-Kuwait
Salary: 1200 KD

We are looking for a creative and experienced Florist to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate should have a good eye for detail and be able to create beautiful floral arrangements. The successful applicant must be highly motivated and have excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities include:
• Creating exquisite floral arrangements for various occasions such as birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, funerals and other special events.
• Sourcing the highest quality flowers from local suppliers, ensuring the freshest and most beautiful blooms for customers.
• Working with clients to create customised floral designs that meet their specific needs.
• Maintaining accurate records of customer orders, payments, supplies and inventory.
• Updating the company website with floral designs and arranging promotions.
• Ensuring that flowers are properly cared for and stored in an appropriate environment to preserve their freshness and beauty.
• Keeping the store clean, neat and organised at all times.
• Providing excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:
• At least 2 years of experience as a Florist or in a related field is preferred
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality
• Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
• Proven ability to stay calm under pressure with a positive attitude even in difficult situations
• Knowledge of flower types, varieties, colours, names etc is highly desired
