This includes posting job ads, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and recommending hires. You will also be responsible for developing recruitment strategies and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent interpersonal skills and knowledge of labor laws and recruitment best practices. Knowledge of social media recruitment techniques is also preferred. Previous experience in a recruiting or human resources role is not required but would be beneficial.
