Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated Land Surveyor in Doha to join our team. The successful applicant will be responsible for conducting land surveying activities, ensuring accurate data collection, and preparing survey reports. Demands for the Candidate:
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in land surveying and possess excellent knowledge of GIS software, survey methods, and construction plans. He/She should also have strong communication skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Immigrants are welcome to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using modern surveying tools such as GPS systems, total stations, digital levels etc.
- Prepare survey drawings, maps or reports using AutoCAD software or other GIS programs.
- Calculate distances between points on the ground or map using triangulation techniques.
- Maintain accurate records of surveyed sites and update information into the company’s database regularly.
- Develop survey plans by researching available data including aerial photographs or existing maps or reports.
- Monitor construction activities onsite to ensure that equipment is used according to safety regulations and project requirements are met within set timeframes.
- Resolve issues raised by clients related to land surveys or construction projects.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Geomatics/Geodesy/Civil Engineering/Land Surveying from an accredited university.
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in land surveying role is preferred; fresh graduates will also be considered if they can demonstrate strong technical skills in the field of land surveying.
- In depth knowledge and experience with GIS software such as AutoCAD and ArcGIS as well as various survey methods (GPS systems, total stations etc.).
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to work independently and as part of a team; problem solving attitude with great attention to detail is essential for this role.
