We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of employees to ensure business operations run smoothly and efficiently.

The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as the capability to plan, organize and prioritize tasks. They must also possess strong leadership qualities, be able to motivate others and be able to delegate tasks effectively. In addition, they must have a good understanding of the company's policies, procedures and objectives.

The successful applicant will need to demonstrate the ability to interact positively with clients, colleagues and other stakeholders. They must have a good knowledge of health & safety regulations as well as experience in dealing with financial matters such as budgets and payrolls.
