Duties & Responsibilities
The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing all operations and activities in the restaurant. This includes ensuring that customers are provided with excellent customer service, managing staff performance, dealing with customer complaints, ordering supplies, monitoring food quality control, maintaining health and safety standards, organizing promotional events/activities, handling billing operations as well as monitoring budgets and costs. He/She should also ensure that all staff members adhere to company policies and procedures while displaying a professional attitude at all times.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience working as a Restaurant Manager or similar position within the hospitality industry. He/She must possess strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team while delivering exceptional customer service. He/She should also have excellent problem-solving abilities as well as good communication skills both written and verbal in English language. A Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred but not necessary. We are also ready to consider an immigrant with no prior experience in this role.
