Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager for our restaurant located in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage day-to-day operations, as well as motivate a team of staff to provide outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staffing, menu planning, budget management and customer service.
• Develop strategies to increase customer loyalty and improve profitability.
• Implement operational standards and procedures that ensure the quality of food and service.
• Monitor sales performance and staff productivity; recommend corrective actions when necessary.
• Monitor stock levels of food and beverage supplies; order items as needed.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed in the restaurant at all times.
• Handle customer complaints in a professional manner; take appropriate actions to resolve issues.
• Create promotional campaigns to drive sales growth; monitor the effectiveness of campaigns.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred
• 5+ years of experience managing high-end restaurants or bars in Dubai
• Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, policies, procedures and programs related to hospitality management
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff towards common goals
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail

Salary: 1400 AED per month plus benefits
