We are looking for an experienced and motivated Land Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate must be proficient in all aspects of land surveying and have the ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment. This position requires a commitment to accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines.

The successful candidate will be responsible for measuring, calculating, and recording land boundaries; analyzing topographical maps; researching legal documents; understanding complex engineering drawings; conducting preliminary studies; assisting with boundary disputes or conflicts; ensuring compliance with land survey regulations; preparing reports for internal and external clients; and other duties as required.

This position requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, experience with surveying instruments such as total stations and GPS receivers, knowledge of computer-aided design (CAD) software, familiarity with geospatial software (e.g., ArcGIS), a valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation. A degree in geography or surveying is preferred but not required; we are ready to consider a foreigner without experience.
