Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate a successful track record in creating high-quality dishes and leading teams in a professional kitchen setting. We are looking for a creative individual who is passionate about food and has excellent leadership skills.

The Executive Chef will be responsible for leading the culinary team, creating menus, managing food inventory, and ensuring that all safety and sanitation protocols are followed. The successful applicant will also need to have an eye for detail and be able to work under pressure while maintaining a friendly attitude.


Requirements:
• A minimum of 1 year of experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in the hospitality industry
• Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations
• Ability to motivate kitchen staff members
• Creative approach to menu creation
• Attention to detail with regards to presentation standards
• Excellent leadership skills
• Ability to work quickly under pressure
