Position Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and reliable Light Driver to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting passengers and/or goods safely and efficiently. They will need excellent driving skills, knowledge of the local area, and the ability to maintain a clean vehicle. Additionally, they must have excellent communication skills and be able to interact with customers in a professional manner.
Duties & Responsibilities:
The main duty of the Light Driver is to transport passengers or goods safely from one place to another. This includes loading goods onto and off of the vehicle, as well as ensuring that the vehicle is driven in accordance with all applicable traffic laws. The Light Driver is also responsible for checking vehicle safety before each journey and ensuring that it is kept clean inside and out. In addition, they may be asked to help with deliveries or pickups when necessary. In all cases, the driver must ensure customer satisfaction by providing a courteous and professional service at all times.
Qualifications & Skills:
The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years’ experience working as a light driver in Jeddah or other cities within Saudi Arabia. Additionally, they should hold a valid driver’s license from Saudi Arabia or any other country that allows them to legally drive in Jeddah. Excellent communication skills are also essential in this role as the driver will need to interact with customers in a polite and friendly manner. Knowledge of local roads, areas, landmarks, etc., is also highly desirable for this position.
