Demands for the Candidate:
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
• Knowledge of teaching methods and strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire students.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to maintain professional relationships with colleagues, students, and parents.
• Proficiency in English language (oral & written).
• Working knowledge of computers and technology tools such as Microsoft Office Suite.
• Immigrant status is acceptable. No prior teaching experience is required.

Responsibilities:
• Develop lesson plans that reflect the curriculum objectives and student learning needs.
• Deliver instruction online or in-person depending on the current requirements of the school/institution.
• Use a variety of instructional techniques to meet individual student needs while maintaining a structured learning environment; adjust instruction based on different student abilities and knowledge levels.
• Assess student performance during lessons, provide feedback, additional instruction, or reinforcement as needed.
• Collaborate with other teachers and administration regarding curriculum development, assessment strategies, lesson plans, etc.; attend staff meetings as necessary.
• Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student progress; participate in parent-teacher conferences when required.
