Job Description:

As Sous Chef, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen. You will work closely with other members of the kitchen team, helping to create delicious dishes that meet customer expectations. Your primary responsibilities include:

• Assist in preparing meals according to recipes and customer requests
• Ensure all ingredients are stored correctly and food safety standards are met
• Monitor food production and quality levels
