Pastry Chef Job – Al-Kuwait

We are looking for an experienced Pastry Chef to join our team at Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high quality pastries, and other desserts in a timely manner. This position offers a competitive salary of 1100 USD/month and is open to foreigners.

Job Description:
The Pastry Chef will be responsible for leading the pastry team in all aspects of baking, from recipe creation to plating. They will create new recipes according to customer requirements and preferences while ensuring that all food safety regulations are adhered to. Additionally, they will manage the pastry kitchen, including ordering supplies and maintaining equipment. The Pastry Chef will also train and supervise other members of the pastry staff.

Qualifications:
The successful candidate must have at least four years’ experience in a professional baking environment with a focus on French pastries and desserts; knowledge of plating techniques; proven leadership skills; excellent communication skills; strong organizational abilities; a good eye for detail; computer literacy; familiarity with HACCP standards; ability to work under pressure; valid food safety certification(s).
