Al-Kuwait is looking for a highly motivated and experienced HR Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic HR advice, recruiting staff, training employees, monitoring performance, and developing HR policies.

We are seeking a candidate with at least 5 years of professional experience in the same or similar position as well as a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, analytical thinking abilities and the capacity to work independently and under pressure. They need to have a good understanding of employment legislation and experience in dealing with disciplinary matters. A strong knowledge of payroll systems is also desirable.

The successful candidate will be expected to develop and implement effective HR strategies for both short-term success and long-term growth of the company. They will need to create and manage employee records, select suitable candidates for open positions, provide on-boarding sessions for new joiners, assess employee performance reviews, determine employee training needs and implement staff motivation programs. Additionally they will need to manage all payroll related activities such as salary adjustments and handle all employee relations issues including grievances and disciplinary meetings.

This is a full time position with competitive salary based on qualifications (900). We are willing to consider foreign candidates who meet the requirements above.
