Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
• Prepare and serve coffee drinks (espresso-based beverages, smoothies etc.) according to customer preferences
• Follow recipes accurately while adhering to quality standards during preparation process
• Ensure that the barista station is clean and well stocked at all times
• Receive payments from customers using POS systems or cash registers and provide proper change or receipts when needed
• Follow proper sanitation procedures for all equipment used in the preparation of drinks as well as safety protocols when handling food items and beverages
Qualifications:
• Experience working as a Barista preferred but not required
• Excellent customer service skills with an outgoing personality
• Ability to multitask while maintaining quality standards • Knowledge of espresso-based beverages, smoothies, etc. preferred but not required • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
