Job Title: Barista
Location: Sharjah
Salary: 1500 AED

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced barista to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee and the art of making great drinks. They should have the ability to work with minimal supervision while providing excellent customer service. We are willing to consider an immigrant for this position.

Job Responsibilities:
• Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including various types of coffees and teas.
• Ensure a clean workspace by following all safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Follow recipes accurately when preparing drinks.
• Monitor the quality of beverages and address any issues immediately.
• Receive orders from customers, process payments, and answer questions about menu items or special offers.
• Maintain accurate records of all beverages served and food items sold.
• Greet customers in a friendly manner and ensure they are comfortable with their experience at the café.
• Keep up with current promotions and new products, as well as any changes in prices or policies.
• Assist with other duties as needed, such as restocking supplies or cleaning workstations.

Job Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required; we are willing to consider an immigrant for this position with minimal work experience
• Proven barista experience is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while providing excellent customer service
• Knowledge of various coffee blends, espresso machines, grinders, milk steaming techniques, etc
