We are recruiting for an experienced Barista to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing the highest quality of customer service while preparing and serving beverages.

The successful applicant will have 2+ years of experience in a similar role, excellent communication skills, and a passion for coffee. Previous experience with specialty coffee is preferred. The ideal candidate should also be able to work efficiently alone and as part of a team while having an eye for detail when creating unique coffee recipes.

The primary responsibilities of this role include serving customers promptly and efficiently with a strong knowledge of beverage menu items; ensuring all beverages are prepared to the highest standard; maintaining cleanliness throughout the workspace and adhering to health and safety standards; and providing customers with excellent service. Additionally, the Barista should be able to take accurate orders, handle cash transactions accurately, and have an understanding of the latest trends in specialty coffee drinks.

We offer a competitive salary of 1000 AED per month plus tips for the right candidate.
