Job Description:
The Chef will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, including but not limited to; menu development, recipe creation, food preparation, kitchen staff management, inventory control, budgeting, and ensuring quality standards are met. You will also be responsible for training staff on proper food handling techniques, as well as creating a pleasant working environment. You must be able to work efficiently under pressure while developing new menus that adhere to our health and safety standards. The successful candidate must possess excellent communication skills and an understanding of international cuisines.
