Job Description:

We are looking for a Salesman to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of sales, from customer service to promotional activities. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
• Develop relationships with customers to increase sales and customer satisfaction
• Present products to customers, while informing them of current promotions
• Maintain an up-to-date understanding of product features and benefits
• Analyze customer needs and suggest appropriate products
• Monitor customer orders and ensure timely delivery of products
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Handle customer inquiries in a professional manner
• Ensure stock levels are maintained throughout the store

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Salesman or similar role in retail/sales environment
• Knowledge of market research techniques and databases
• Hands-on experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) is an asset
• Ability to analyze data and market trends
• Excellent communication skills with an understanding of customer service principles
• Flexibility to work shifts including weekends and holidays

Salary: 1400 per month. We are ready to consider an immigrant for this position.
