Civil Engineer - Al Shamkhah City

We are seeking a talented and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team in Al Shamkhah City. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, managing and overseeing civil engineering projects, such as roads, bridges, water systems and other infrastructure. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100.

The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in civil engineering. A degree or diploma in civil engineering is preferred. We are willing to consider applicants from outside the area if they are willing to relocate.

Responsibilities:
- Develop designs for civil engineering projects based on the client's specifications
- Manage surveys and coordinate with surveyors for accurate measurements
- Liaise with contractors and subcontractors to ensure project completion within deadlines
- Prepare cost estimates and technical reports for projects
- Monitor progress of the construction process and adjust plans according to budget constraints if necessary
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, codes of practice and health & safety guidelines

Requirements:

- At least 1 year of experience in civil engineering
- Degree/diploma in Civil Engineering or related field preferred
- Proficient in AutoCAD or similar drafting software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Exceptional problem solving skills
- Strong communication skills both written & verbal
