We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in El-Fujairah. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing sales strategies to meet company targets, as well as creating long-term relationships with clients.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, have strong organizational skills, and be able to work independently. A deep understanding of the market and customer needs is essential. We are ready to consider an immigrant for this role.

Responsibilities:
• Develop business plans and strategies to meet sales objectives
• Identify potential customers and develop relationships with them
• Monitor competitor activities and analyze market trends
• Analyze customer feedback and recommend improvements in products/services
• Create presentations, reports, proposals, contracts, etc.
• Set up meetings with potential clients and close deals
• Monitor customer accounts to ensure satisfaction
• Manage a team of sales representatives

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Proven track record in sales management or related field
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of marketing principles, techniques, and strategies
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
