Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Chef to join our team at our restaurant in Jabal-Ali. The successful candidate will be responsible for the preparation of delicious food to a high standard, as well as ensuring that all kitchen operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Duties:

• Plan, organize and manage all kitchen activities
• Ensure that all dishes are prepared according to recipe specifications and cooked properly
• Supervise kitchen staff including hiring, training, scheduling and performance management
• Develop menu items and recipes based on customer preferences and dietary requirements
• Monitor food stock levels and order supplies when necessary
• Ensure that all food safety regulations are followed at all times
• Ensure that the workspace is clean and hygienic at all times

Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience as a Chef in a professional setting
• Proven track record of successfully managing a kitchen team
• Excellent knowledge of cooking techniques and recipes
• Outstanding organizational skills with an eye for detail
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Salary: 1600 AED per month
