Office Assistant (Remote)
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Office Assistant to join our team. This is a remote position, so the successful candidate should be able to work effectively and efficiently from home. We are particularly interested in Egyptian nationals, but any English-speaking individuals with their own visa may apply. The candidate must have passed 12th grade to be eligible.

The Office Assistant will handle a variety of tasks such as data entry, customer service inquiries, document filing, and other administrative duties. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills, be detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities:
-Greet visitors or callers and handle their inquiries or direct them to the appropriate persons according to their needs
-Input data into computer systems accurately
-Organize filing systems for important documents and reference materials
-Create documents such as letters, reports, memos, and emails when needed
-Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for managers or supervisors
-Answer phones in a professional manner
-Receive payment for services rendered
-Provide general office support services including photocopying, faxing, mail distribution etc.

Qualifications:
-12th pass or equivalent qualification
-Ability to work remotely from home
-Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
-Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) in English language
-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
