We are looking for an experienced Librarian to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Our ideal candidate should have a passion for books and an understanding of library cataloging and research principles. Preference will be given to Indian nationals who do not require English proficiency or any previous work experience. We will also provide accommodation and visa sponsorship for the successful candidate.

The successful applicant will be responsible for organizing library materials, managing book circulation, and providing research assistance to patrons. Additionally, you will need to stay current with the latest trends in library technology and resources.

Responsibilities:
• Catalog library materials according to established standards
• Provide reference service and research assistance to patrons
• Manage book circulation system
• Monitor the condition of library materials
• Develop programs to promote reading habits among patrons
• Maintain current knowledge of library technology and resources
• Assist in developing policies related to library services

Requirements:
• At least a Bachelor’s degree in Library Science or related field
• Knowledge of cataloging systems and research principles
• Excellent organizational skills
• Proficient in using computers for data entry
