Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated Land Surveyor to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. Your main responsibility will be to perform land surveys and associated tasks in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. You will be responsible for researching and evaluating survey data, as well as providing reliable results of your survey efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting land surveys to determine precise boundaries, locations, angles, elevations, slopes, and other characteristics of the land
• Establishing control points along with their positions using conventional surveying methods
• Creating maps and diagrams based on collected data
• Using GIS (Geographic Information Systems) techniques to analyze spatial data
• Researching land records such as deeds, titles, and survey documents
• Interpreting aerial photos/images
• Preparing reports that include findings from surveys and other data collected onsite


Qualifications:

• Degree or certification in land surveying or related field
• Good understanding of topographical mapping principles
• Familiarity with modern surveying technologies (LiDAR/GPS/GNSS etc.) is a plus
• Knowledge of legal terms related to land surveying is preferred

Requirements:

• Ability to work in extreme weather conditions when necessary • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks • Willingness to travel when required
