Office manager vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE
We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and administrative skills, as well as a strong customer service focus.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, handling customer inquiries, coordinating meetings, and ensuring that all tasks are completed on time. You should also possess strong people management skills to manage and motivate your team.
The successful candidate should have:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in office management
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Fluent in English (speaking and writing) is required; knowledge of Arabic language is desirable but not essential
