We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join a fast-growing organization in Abu-Dhabi. We offer a competitive salary of 1000 and are open to considering foreigners for this role.

The ideal candidate should have 2+ years in the Human Resources field, with a broad background in recruitment, employee relations, payroll management and training & development. The HR Manager should have an excellent understanding of labor laws and regulations, and be able to develop and implement effective HR strategies & policies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding and off-boarding employees; managing payroll processing; overseeing employee relations; handling disciplinary procedures; maintaining employee records; administering benefits programs; preparing reports on staff performance & turnover rates; conducting performance appraisals and providing advice on workforce planning.
