Job Description:
We are looking for a professional and experienced Recruiter to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, interviewing and hiring suitable candidates for vacant positions within the organization. This role involves evaluating candidate qualifications, skills, experience and other important criteria to determine the best fit for the role.

Requirements for the Candidate:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources or a related field of study
• Proven experience as a Recruiter or similar role in HR
• Excellent knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices
• Solid understanding of labor legislation and regulations
• Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• High degree of integrity, confidentiality, and discretion.
