Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and passionate Physician Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will provide clinical and administrative support to the medical team, deliver high-quality patient care, and work together with doctors and other healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive the best care possible. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, have a strong understanding of medical terminology and procedures, be proficient in using medical software and equipment, and have a desire to learn new techniques.

Responsibilities
The primary responsibility of the Physician Assistant is to provide efficient clinical care while working closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare personnel. This includes assessing patients' health condition upon initial visits; taking comprehensive patient histories; performing physical exams; ordering/interpreting laboratory tests; administering medications; monitoring treatment progress; preparing/maintaining accurate documentation of patient records; providing education on health maintenance/illness prevention; responding promptly to patient inquiries/concerns; providing direct patient care under the supervision of a physician as needed; coordinating referrals for specialists when appropriate; maintaining current knowledge of treatments/procedures relevant to practice area.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate must possess an Associate's degree in a relevant field (e.g., nursing); current certification from an accredited Physician Assistant program is preferred but not required (for inexperienced candidates). A valid medical license in Abu Dhabi is required for all candidates. Candidates should also possess excellent interpersonal skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, advanced problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, multitasking abilities, effective time management skills as well as the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
