We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will have 3+ years of experience in a similar role and be responsible for overseeing the sales operations of the company.

The Sales Manager must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to lead and motivate a sales team, have a good understanding of market dynamics, be able to analyse and interpret data, and have excellent problem-solving skills. Moreover, the ideal candidate should be able to develop effective strategies to boost sales.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for setting realistic goals and ensuring targets are met on time by delegating tasks appropriately. They will also be accountable for training staff on correct sales techniques and developing their skill set as well as maintaining relationships with existing customers and acquiring new ones.

We want a professional with an entrepreneurial spirit who is driven by results. We are offering a salary of 1500 AED per month for this position; we are open to considering immigrants as well.
