Construction Manager

We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to join our growing team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry, preferably in the Middle East region. The Construction Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction projects as well as supervising and providing direction to subcontracted workers.

Responsibilities:
• Plan, organize, direct and control all aspects of construction projects from beginning to completion.
• Monitor progress and enforce project timelines and budgets.
• Inspect work sites regularly to ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.
• Resolve technical problems that arise during construction.
• Prepare progress reports, budgets and other documents related to project status.
• Oversee the selection of materials needed for projects and coordinate suppliers and subcontractors as needed.
• Train, motivate and evaluate personnel within the construction team.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and other regulations.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience preferred.
• 5+ years' experience in a similar role working on large-scale construction projects.
• Knowledge of international building codes, safety regulations and industry practices/standards related to construction processes/products.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail is essential.
• Good communication skills with the ability to work effectively with a wide range of people from different backgrounds is necessary.

Salary: 1000 AED/month (We are ready to consider an immigrant).
