Secretary job vacancy in Sharjah UAE


We are currently looking for a Secretary to join our team in Sharjah. The successful candidate should possess an excellent work ethic, excellent organizational skills, and have the ability to multitask. The position is full-time and offers a salary of 1300 AED per month. Experienced candidates are preferred but we are also willing to consider immigrants for this role.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support services, including filing, scheduling meetings, taking phone calls, organizing documents and managing emails. Other responsibilities include providing customer service support and updating records in the database. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills both written and verbal as well as proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
